SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for in-stock products ship the same day when received by 11:00 AM EST. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Because our products are high in value, all orders that ship free are sent via UPS or FedEx Ground with signature required on delivery. Someone will need to be available to sign for the package. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered if a signature requirement is waived at your request.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is available at checkout. Given the value of these parts, we strongly recommend adding it. If your order is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was purchased, we will make it right quickly. Without insurance, claims for loss or transit damage are subject to the carrier's process and timelines, which we do not control.
RETURNS
We accept returns on products that are brand new, in the original box, and have not been installed, within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the
product must be:
- Unused and never installed or test-fitted
- In its original packaging with all hardware, components, and documentation included
- Free of any modification, wear, or damage
Return shipping for non-defective returns is the responsibility of the customer. Non defective returns are also subject to a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost plus 5% of the product price. This is deducted from your refund.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Do not ship a product back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less the restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for inspection and for your bank to post the refund.
WARRANTY
Every Founders Parts product is backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises, we go above and beyond to take care of you. In most cases we will ship a replacement product in advance so you are not left waiting. To qualify for an advance replacement, you must be prepared to provide clear photos or video of the installed lights showing the defect. This helps us confirm the issue and get the right part to you quickly.
For domestic customers in the United States, we cover the cost of both the replacement product and shipping. International customers are responsible for shipping, customs, duties, and any related fees. For international warranty returns, we will prepare the shipping documents needed to send the defective product back to us.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear.
To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos or video of the defect. We will get you taken care of.
